6. FREE PLAY EXPIRATION: Free slot play valued at $100.00 and above is available for thirty (30) calendar days after the date and time of issuance. Free table play vouchers (for promotional chips) and cash prizes must be redeemed at the Main Cashier before 11:59 p.m. on the day it was received.

3. DEFINITIONS:

Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

“Redemption Period” shall mean during Wynn Rewards’ normal operating hours from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

“Members” shall mean Red and Platinum Tier Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards program terms and conditions.

“Prize” shall mean thirty (30) days of complimentary access to the Black Tier Lounge during its normal operating hours for Member.

“Required Tier Credits” shall mean thirty-five thousand (35,000) tier credits.

REDEMPTION: Members who earn the Required Tier Credits during the Earning Period must close their slot or table session during the Earning Period by removing their Wynn Rewards card from the slot machine or by requesting a table games supervisor to close their session. Following the closure of the session, the Member must visit a promotional kiosk during the Redemption Period to select the Promotion and receive a voucher, and then visit the main Wynn Rewards Desk during its normal operating hours to redeem their Prize.

5. PRIZE: Thirty (30) day Black Tier Lounge access begins on the first day the Prize voucher is redeemed. No substitution or transfer of Prizes is permitted. • Unruly behavior, threatening or obscene gestures, fighting or violence.
• Derogatory and threatening language including offensive remarks about race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy, or other legal protected classifications.
• Clothing deemed, at our discretion, to not conform to dress codes in restaurants, nightclubs, pools and elsewhere. Also, clothing deemed to be offensive or indecent is prohibited.
• Possession of a weapon except with Wynn Resort’s prior knowledge and consent.
• Stealing, damaging, or misusing any property.
• Possession or use of Cannabis or illegal drugs.
• Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by Wynn Resorts.

Wynn Resorts reserves the right to take all actions permitted by applicable law for violations of this policy.
